Services
The Designer shall provide the Client with the following service: Brand Design Essentials (+ any additional design add-ons selected below). The design package includes the development of final logo designs, up to 2 rounds of revisions, and transfer of ownership of the final logo upon payment completion.
Ownership & copyright
Final Logo Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client shall have full ownership and copyright of the final logo design. This includes the unrestricted right to use, modify, adapt, and reproduce the logo as they see fit, in perpetuity, for all purposes related to their business.
Showcasing Rights: The Designer retains the right to showcase the final logo design, along with any associated brand materials, in their portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials, as a demonstration of their work and creative process.
Client Modifications:The Client is free to make modifications or adaptations to the final logo design. However, the Client acknowledges that such changes are made at their own discretion and may pose a risk of diluting or causing confusion with the existing brand identity. The Designer is not responsible for any impact on the brand resulting from Client-led modifications.
Payment
The Client shall pay the Designer the sum of $1,950 over the course of this project. The Client shall pay the first installment of $975 upon contract signing. (If additional design add-ons are selected below, the total due at signing will increase to reflect this addition at time of payment). The remaining $975 shall be due upon project completion, prior to the transfer of ownership of the final logo design, and will be processed via a pay link provided by The Designer. Any additional revisions beyond the included 2 rounds will be billed at a rate of $50/hour.
TERMINATION
This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party if either party breaches any material term of this Contract. Refunds for all creative work are not available.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written.
