Project Investment: $2,500

Project Agreement

This contract (the "Contract") is entered into by Elizabeth Compagna, Rising Rose Collective (the "Designer"), and Abby Granigan, “GroundingU” (the "Client").

Services

The Designer shall provide the Client with the following service: Fundamental Brand Design

Ownership & copyright

The Designer shall retain ownership of all original artwork, designs, and other materials created in connection with this Contract, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights. The Designer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the purposes specified in this Contract.

Payment

The Client shall pay the Designer the sum of $2,500 upon contract signing.

TERMINATION

This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party if either party breaches any material term of this Contract. Refunds for all creative work are not available.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, oral or written.

By signing below, the parties agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract.
